These are gorgeous handcrafted tiles that will enhance any room with brilliant colors that will never fade. These are durable and easy to clean. The larger ones can be used as trivets, wall decorations, set on easels or worked into a wall mosaic. Comes with an easel back for easy display on a shelf or use as brilliant wall art. The smaller ones make great coasters.
These tiles are individually handpicked for best quality. The colored glazes penetrate deep into the tile and will never fade. Each artist uses special glazes to outline the design of the tile. Next, specific glaze colors are applied to each section of the tile. Then the tiles are put into a firing oven. The tiles are baked at 1060 degrees C. The whole firing process takes about 24 hours
